This event is open to teams whose members have 5 years or less of curling experience. This event has been played for over 20 years.
24 teams, 18 participating in the various Colts circuits (6 from Grand National Curling Club, 6 from the Ottawa Valley Curling Association's and 6 from Curling Quebec's) will automatically earn an entry with the others being allotted.
