Use this form to submit a nomination for an honorary member in the Canadian Branch
The nomination must be submitted by a curling club executive with supporting information stating their contribution.
The nominee can not have served on the Branch Executive
The person has to have significantly contributed to the sport of curling.

To nominate someone, fill out the form below and then click Submit
The submission will be reviewed by the Branch and you will be subsequently notified of the results
If the nomination is approved, the nominee will be rewarded with a certificate and a medal to wear.
